Full Job Description

  • Build and manage a high-value pipeline of podium and roof-level landscaping opportunities across Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, developers, and landscape architects.
  • Proactively identify and track projects from early design/pre-contract stages through to tender, award, and delivery.
  • Secure new relationships while expanding business within existing key accounts.
  • Improve quote conversion rates by providing clear insight to estimating and design teams.
  • Act as the commercial conscience of the division-balancing margin protection with strategic pricing.
  • Provide early-stage commercial input on client requirements, specifications, and value-engineering options.
  • Build credibility with QSs, pre-construction teams, architects, consultants, and senior buyers.
  • Develop trust-based relationships that position Sky Garden as the preferred partner for roof-level landscaping solutions.
  • Work closely with estimating, design, project delivery, and senior leadership to ensure alignment on bid strategy and client expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection (GDPR), ISO, and other relevant regulations.

    Strong experience in project-led construction sales, ideally in landscaping, external works, podium systems, facades, roofing, or related services.
  • Proven ability to build and close complex pipelines with Tier 1 contractors.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly Excel).
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Self-motivated, well-organised, and methodical work ethic.
  • Technically credible with the ability to support clients through design and value engineering.
  • Skilled in navigating the full contractor decision cycle.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good financial/commercial awareness.
