Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to target and engage prospects within the workplace change sector. This role is focused on generating qualified appointments and Microsoft Teams meetings for a high-performing sales team of five.

You will be provided with a curated prospect pool of companies with upcoming workplace change projects. Your primary responsibility will be to design and execute structured outreach campaigns using the Apollo.io CRM platform to convert prospects into booked meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build, manage, and execute outbound sales campaigns using Apollo.io

- Set up and optimise multi-channel outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone)

- Develop compelling sales scripts, messaging, and value propositions tailored to workplace change projects

- Conduct initial outreach to senior decision-makers (Procurement, Facilities, Workplace, Operations leaders)

- Qualify opportunities and book appointments / Microsoft Teams meetings for the sales team

- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking within Apollo.io

- Conduct timely and structured follow-ups to maximise conversion rates

- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve campaign effectiveness
