Business Development Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Crewe, United Kingdom. As a Business Development Executive in our Account Management team at our organization, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, analysing data, and fostering strong relationships to drive business growth and customer retention. What will your day-to-day look like?

• Oversee customer growth, training, and development of best practices to drive business value and return on investment
• Analise and explore data from various CRM systems to understand the drivers behind customer account closures
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing excellent customer service and support
• Conduct regular check-in calls and account reviews to assess and track customer satisfaction levels
• Identify and mitigate churn risks through proactive outreach campaigns
• Recognize and capitalize on upsell opportunities when applicable
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
  
  Proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire client loyalty and adoption
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience initiating and building positive relationships
• Commercial acumen with good track record of similar roles responsibilities with significant commercial results
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
