Full Job Description
As a Business Development Executive, you'll be the driving force behind PHMG's growth. Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities and creating new relationships with potential clients across the UK or US markets.,
- Research and map market trends, competitors, and target industries.
- Identify key decision-makers within target organisations.
- Make the first contact with potential clients, setting the tone for their PHMG journey.
- Collaborate with the wider Sales and Music Production teams to organise tailored demo presentations.
- Drive new client acquisition and help grow our global brand.

£30,000 basic salary, rising to £35,000 after 3 months of hitting target. Quarterly pay rises of £2,000 based on performance. Uncapped commission - top performers earn £100,000+ annually.
