They're now looking to bring in a Business Development Executive to help drive sales, manage inbound and outbound opportunities, and support commercial growth from the ground up.What You'll Be Doing:

• Making outbound calls to contractors, facilities managers, and end-users
• Following up on warm leads from platforms like Barbour ABI and the internal CRM
• Building a personal pipeline of opportunities across compliance services and new installations
• Liaising with the estimating team to deliver quick, accurate proposals
• Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals - all from the office
  
  Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development
• Comfortable with outbound calling and able to build rapport quickly
• Organised, CRM-savvy, and commercially sharp
• Experience in construction, safety compliance, or B2B services is ideal - but not essential
  
  £35,000-£50,000 basic salary depending on experience
• Uncapped commission structure
• Performance-based team bonus in addition to the comms structure
• Real progression as the business scales its commercial team
