Business Development Co-ordinator

An exciting new opportunity has come up for an ambitious sales professional to join our busy team at TPA in Worksop. The main goal of this role is to increase revenue and drive growth through identifying new opportunities, expanding customer reach and maximising chances of conversion. This is to be achieved using telesales and remote communication in line with the company's strategic direction.Key ResponsibilitiesQualifying Inbound Leads: Maximising conversion from marketing leads, social media and website trafficOutbound Prospecting: Outbound calls and targeted email introductions to drive new opportunities from existing/Lapsed/prospect accountsManaging Proposal Follow-ups: Nurturing open opportunities with structured follow-up sequences to close deals and secure contractsExpanding CRM databases: Strategic customer targeting, to build contact lists and customer awareness, to aid Marketing communicationsMaintaining CRM Hygiene: Loging daily client interaction data, pipeline status, and
