What you'll be doing Overseeing daily CASS controls Liaising with 1LoD Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams Reviewing client complaints and operational risk incidents for CASS impact Overseeing CASS incident action plans Managing the team's meeting governance What you'll need 2+ years of experience as an analyst in an investment firm, bank, consultancy, or regulator Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7

The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines Excellent data analysis skills A willingness to continuously develop and improve your expertise Nice to have A professional certificate/diploma in risk, compliance, or CASS A degree in economics or finance Proficiency in SQL and Python Building a global financial super app isn't enough.
