We're looking for a Business Change Coordinator to join our team and help shape the future of how we work., We are looking for a full-time Business Change Coordinator on 18-month fixed term contract. As a Business Change Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Business Change Manager to deliver successful change initiatives that improve employee adoption, enhance service delivery, and realise organisational benefits. You will be involved in:

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of change management activities across transformation programmes
  • Developing and maintaining a library of change management tools, templates, and case studies
  • Creating engaging communications and content to support change initiatives
  • Organising and administering events, workshops, and training sessions
  • Supporting impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management
  • Monitoring success metrics and contributing to performance reporting
