As a Business & Benefits Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to shape how Somerset Council delivers services for residents, communities and colleagues. Working on high-profile transformation and improvement projects, you'll help turn ideas into evidence-based solutions that make a real difference. - Analyse data and identify opportunities to improve services and deliver measurable benefits.
- Support the development of business cases and cases for change through evidence-based insight and recommendations.
- Map business processes and customer journeys to identify issues, risks and areas for improvement.
- Carry out root cause analysis to understand challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, consultations and engagement activities with stakeholders and service users.
- Monitor, forecast and report on benefits, progress and outcomes across transformation projects.
- Provide advice and support on business analysis, change management and continuous improvement approaches.
- Support governance and review processes, ensuring lessons learned are captured and shared.
30 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays - Permanent contract, 37 hours per week
