As a Business & Benefits Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to shape how Somerset Council delivers services for residents, communities and colleagues. • Analyse data and identify opportunities to improve services and deliver measurable benefits.
• Support the development of business cases and cases for change through evidence-based insight and recommendations.
• Map business processes and customer journeys to identify issues, risks and areas for improvement.
• Carry out root cause analysis to understand challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, consultations and engagement activities with stakeholders and service users.
• Monitor, forecast and report on benefits, progress and outcomes across transformation projects.
• Provide advice and support on business analysis, change management and continuous improvement approaches.
• Support governance and review processes, ensuring lessons learned are captured and shared.
