What the job entails As a Business Analyst, you will help clients understand business needs and translate them into effective technology and process solutions. You will work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyse current processes, identify opportunities for improvement and support the delivery of practical outcomes.Your responsibilities will include facilitating workshops, preparing business and functional documentation, assessing impacts, supporting solution design and contributing to testing and implementation activities. You will act as a link between business users, technical teams and project stakeholders, ensuring that requirements remain clear, prioritised and aligned with business objectives.
