Business Analyst - UK Health Security Agency

Help turn data into insights that protect the nation's health. UKHSA is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the development of high-impact data products, including dashboards used to monitor public health and inform critical decisions. About the role You'll join the Data Product Development team, working on dashboards and platforms that provide vital health data to both internal teams and external partners. This includes services covering COVID-19, respiratory illnesses, outbreaks, and wider health risks. Working in an agile environment, you'll collaborate with product, design and data teams to understand user needs and translate them into effective, user-focused data products. This is a great opportunity to work on complex, meaningful projects that directly support public health outcomes. What you'll be doing

• Gathering and defining business and user requirements
• Translating complex problems into clear, deliverable solutions
• Supporting the development of dashboards and data products
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand needs and priorities
• Analysing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Contributing to business cases and evaluating potential solutions

• Strong experience working as a Business Analyst
