Full Job Description
- Leading end-to-end business analysis activities for large-scale projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and document business requirements
- Conducting in-depth data analysis, leveraging SQL and Excel to extract insights, identify trends, and present findings to senior management
- Development and optimization of business processes and actively participating in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, ensuring timely and successful project deliveries
- Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitated user training sessions, ensuring smooth adoption of newly implemented systems and processes
- Assisting in the development of training materials and user manuals, enabling end-users to effectively utilize system functionalities
Experience of Business Strategy & Analysis - Business requirements gathering and documentation (Agile methodologies)
- Stakeholder management and communication and Data Management & Analysis Desirable:
- Understanding of Master data management
- Knowledge of data governance
