Full Job Description
Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking to make a real difference in Adult Social Care? We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our ASC Reporting Team, at Herefordshire Council, supporting the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of Mosaic and associated case management systems. This is a business-critical role that directly supports the delivery of statutory Adult Social Care services. Working closely with operational managers, practitioners, IT colleagues and system suppliers, you will gather and analyse business requirements, support system enhancements, improve processes and data quality, and ensure our systems meet operational, reporting and regulatory needs. You will also play a key role in supporting inspections, statutory reporting, user training and system testing.,

- Strong business analysis and process mapping skills.
- Experience of case management systems, ideally Mosaic.
- Knowledge of Adult Social Care services and statutory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
