Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong background in business change, process improvement, and technology delivery. In this role, you will identify business needs, analyse processes, and help shape practical solutions that deliver measurable value. You will work with stakeholders across the business to gather and document requirements, map current and future state processes, and support the implementation of improvements. You will act as a key link between business teams and technical delivery functions, ensuring solutions are aligned to operational needs and strategic goals. The successful candidate will have experience working across business and technology teams, with a strong foundation in requirements gathering, process analysis, and supporting the delivery of change. You will be confident engaging stakeholders, documenting business needs, and helping shape solutions that improve processes, systems, and ways of working., Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering

• Work with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
• Produce high-quality documentation including business cases, process maps, user stories, and requirement specifications
• Support workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather information and build stakeholder alignment
• Work with technical teams to define system requirements, interface needs, data flows, and integration points across business applications
  
  Previous experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role supporting business change, process improvement, or technology delivery
• Good experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and documentation
• Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical audiences
• Confidence facilitating workshops, gathering information, and supporting discussions to reach agreement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
• Understanding of delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
• Competence using tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar analysis and documentation platforms
• Understanding of core IT business analysis concepts such as system lifecycle, data mapping, process automation, API or system integrations, and user access considerations
• Experience supporting UAT, defect tracking, and working with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet documented business and technical requirements
• A degree in business, management, IT, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent practical experience
