Alongside this, you'll play a key role in understanding business needs, defining requirements and supporting successful implementation. The Opportunity

  • Building and maintain project plans, schedules and delivery artefacts across multiple initiatives.
  • Eliciting, analysing and documenting business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Supporting testing, UAT and implementation, including documentation and training materials.
  • Analysing processes and data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Actively managing risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions, escalating where required.
  • Producing clear, accurate status updates for Senior Project Managers and stakeholders.
  • Supporting cost tracking, forecasting and benefits delivery where needed.
  • Supporting prioritisation and agreement of requirements, keeping desired outcomes and benefits in focus.
  • Producing current-state and future-state process models.
  • Translating business requirements into functional delivery artefacts working with technology and operational teams.

Experience in a project delivery or hybrid project management/business analyst role within a change or transformation environment.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycles and business analysis techniques.
  • Practical experience of working across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.
