Introduction

In the context of the Sixth Forms mission and ethos, to provide a range of highly efficient and effective administrative duties ensuring the systems are well organised, expertly delivered, provide exceptional quality and are very effective in supporting the Sixth Form processes.



About the Employer

Christ the King Sixth Forms is a family of three highly successful Catholic sixth forms located in south east London and Kent. What You'll Do

The main activities and responsibilities are:

1. Input, maintain and manipulate relevant data using the Sixth Form’s Information and Recording systems, producing documents, reports and correspondence as required.

2. Produce well laid out and accurate emails, letters, documents and reports for internal and external use.

3. Maintain accurate records and well organised, comprehensive online and physical filing systems.

4. Copy, collate and distribute documentation to relevant personnel.

5. Handle communications with students and parents/guardians in support of front-of-house duties.

6. Liaise with a range of people, ensuring that communications are accurate and reflect the efficient operation and ethos of the Sixth Form.

7. Word process letters and documents for internal and external use.

8. Proficiently use computer applications and software packages, including PowerPoint, Excel, and other Office 365 tools, as needed to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

9. Ability to work flexibly with some attendance required at scheduled evening or weekend events.

10. Support and contribute to a range of administrative functions as required.

11. Taking part in professional development activities including appraisal.

12. A commitment to Equity, Diversity and Inclusivity underpinned by willingness and ability to contribute to the holistic implementation of this demonstrated in performing the duties of the post.

13. Undertake other tasks as required by the Office Manager & PA, Head of Administration, Deputy Principal or Executive Principal after due consultation.
