Business Administrator

Are you looking to join a team that thrives on working collaboratively to provide the best support to our colleagues and people we support within our service?, We are looking for a Business Administrator to join our Transition Service team. As a Business Administrator you will play a key role in the running of the team on a daily basis.

This role as a Business Administrator would include handling phone calls, arranging and minuting meetings, monitoring inboxes, using databases, dealing with various requests from management and various administration tasks.

Our current corporate instruction dictates that we work a minimum of 1 day in the office per week and as admin this can increase due to the needs of the business.

Ability to effectively prioritise a diverse workload to meet deadlines.

Ability to work in a team and maintain team connectivity when working remotely

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Working knowledge of using email and word processing software such as Microsoft Office.

Working as part of the Transitions Team you will be joining a supportive and friendly team that will ensure you enjoy your time working with us. Our service plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of life for the people we support which is fantastic to see. East Sussex also has a comprehensive training platform which allows for further learning once in a role either in person or through e-learning.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
