Full Job Description

Monitor and respond to email enquiries relating to the flu vaccination programme.

Signpost clinical queries to the appropriate clinical lead.

Support data collection, reporting and record management.

Assist with clinic administration and campaign communications.

Undertake a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth and effective delivery of the flu campaign.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Band 3 Administrator to join our Occupational Health team on a fixed-term contract from mid-September to mid-December.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an important staff wellbeing programme by providing administrative support throughout the Trust's annual flu vaccination campaign.

About You

You will:

Have excellent organisational and communication skills.

Be confident managing email enquiries and administrative processes.

Have good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office applications.

Be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload effectively., If you are enthusiastic, organised and enjoy providing excellent administrative support, we would love to hear from you.
