Full Job Description

You will provide administration support to Director of Workforce/Deputy Chief People Officer and other senior leaders across the People directorate. The main duties will be:

  • Complex diary management and facilitating delivery
  • Meeting administration - agenda setting, paper distribution and minuting
  • Financial support - raising requisitions using our in-house Oracle system
  • To act as a central point of contact and expert for queries and information within the directorate
  • To provide proficient administrative support producing documents using appropriate software packages, working to timescales and to a high standard of accuracy following Trust templates and Directorate presentation standards.
  • Support to on site events and meetings.
  • Support Board sub-Committees and deputise for the Business Manager to CPO when required
  • An ability to work in a fast paced, complex environment is critical.

    This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for an individual with strong administration, office management and proficient business skills to join our team.
