What You'll Do
Duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Providing general administrative support, including organising paperwork and maintaining accurate records
- Completing data entry tasks and updating internal systems with customer, order, and product information
- Following up on customer orders and deliveries to ensure a smooth service experience
- Supporting customers with queries and providing excellent customer service
- Updating the company website with new products, information, and content
- Supporting social media activity to promote products, increase engagement, and help drive sales
- Working closely with the wider team to support daily business operations and improve customer experience
