Introduction
The City of Lincoln Council is seeking a highly motivated individual to work within the Licensing Team based at City Hall, LN1 1DD.

What You'll Do
The role will involve supporting the service to create, for example, licences for taxis, alcohol establishments, horses on the common.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- General admin support for all team members
- Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Teams
- Creating and sending renewal letters, updating/maintaining databases, populating spreadsheets
- Creating licences using Civica APP
- Issuing taxi test certificates and e-mailing applicants/licence holders
- Making and receiving phone calls from various stakeholders
