Full Job Description
- In this role, you'll brings positivity, energy and a good sense of humour to the workplace
- Line manage and support a small, dedicated team of administrators.
- Lead the administrative response to our Case Management teams, ensuring an efficient and high-quality service
- Provide close support to the Heads of Service, who form part of the senior management team
- Produce and coordinate reports, performance information and key business documentation
- Organise meetings, events and site visits, preparing agendas and supporting papers
- Use initiative and sound judgement to manage competing demands and resolve issues effectively
- This role offers a hybrid approach to working, with typically three days based in our offices at Langdon Hospital, Dawlish, and two days working from home. However, as part of a responsive and collaborative leadership team, you'll need to be flexible and able to attend the office on additional days when service needs require it. Why join us?
