Introduction
The Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship at Marshall Land Systems offers experience across a range of departments. Apprentices will develop business administration skills, gain insight into the defence industry, explore different business disciplines, and build a strong foundation for future career development.

What You'll Do
- Provide general administrative support to the assigned department and wider business where required
- Maintain accurate records, databases, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, meeting packs, and correspondence
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating departmental activities
- Support data entry, filing, document control, and record management activities
- Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and external contacts
- Assist with tracking actions, tasks, and updates where applicable
- Support departmental processes and ensure compliance with company procedures and policies
- Participate in team meetings, briefings, and training activities
- Ensure confidential and sensitive information is handled appropriately
- Develop knowledge of company systems, processes, and business operations
- Complete apprenticeship coursework, training, and assessments in line with programme requirements
- Work collaboratively across teams and departments to support business objectives
- Carry out additional administrative or business support tasks as required
Training Outcome
- The role is 18 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC), on successful completion the apprentice may apply for any suitable vacant roles across the organisation.
