Business Administration Apprentice - BROMSGROVE

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our training department in BROMSGROVE If you are looking to start a career with a progressive and growing company then this role could be for you. The successful applicant would be working alongside the busy training team. Daily responsibilities could involve

• Day to day involvement in our training operation, supporting the training & instructor team
• Communicating with Customers
• Dealing with all training & accounts processes including hire contracts, data collection, updating our CRM systems, credits, spreadsheets.
• Dealing with any customer queries in a professional, friendly manner and advising on equipment needs
• Ensuring postal documentation is sent out.
