Full Job Description
Act as the first point of contact, meeting and greeting clients and visitors
Provide a professional and welcoming reception experience
Deal with both internal and external enquiries
Communication & Call Handling
Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the correct person
Take clear and accurate messages and ensure they are passed on efficiently
Mail & Office Support
Manage incoming post, including opening, date stamping, and distribution
Organise outgoing mail ready for collection
Support internal post collection and distribution
Administration & Document Support
Carry out general admin tasks such as photocopying, binding, and laminating
Assist with mail merges, document preparation, and file management
Maintain and update ledgers and internal records
Office Organisation
Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and well-presented
Maintain office supplies and ensure resources are stocked
Support the wider team with general administrative duties
Gain experience in a professional legal office environment
Develop key skills in administration, communication, and organisation
What we're looking for
Essential Qualifications
GCSE English and Maths - Grade 4 (C) or above
