What You'll Do
Duties and responsibilities will include;
- Job Scheduling: Coordinating engineer to book in routine services, emergency callouts, and large installation projects
- Utilise company software to log and organise work
- Office Admin: Scanning, Filing and organising documents
- Parts Procurement: Liaising with suppliers to check orders
- Client Liaisons: Handling calls and emails
- Stakeholder Management: Keeping them up to date as and when required
- Data: Inputting and reporting
- Transport and Logistical support: As and when required, access to own car essential
- Process improvement: Developing new ways of working and documenting appropriately

Working Arrangements
Working Week: Flexible to be discussed at interview split over 3 or 4 days Example shift patterns - Monday – Wednesday 8:30 am - 3:30 pm Tuesday – Thursday 9am - 4 pm Monday – Thursday 9 am - 2:15 pm College hours will be in addition to the 21 hours.
Expected Duration: 1 Year 6 Months
