Job Description

Are you looking for a full-time, permanent Bus Driver role where you're treated as an individual, not just a number? In a bus company with a modern fleet? Paid breaks? Free parking in close proximity to the depot? Where set rolling rotas offer guaranteed hours and predictability? A 4-day working week (currently no Sundays and Bank Holidays)?

Compass Travel is an independent bus operator with a friendly, down-to-earth team who recognise good work and have a genuine open-door policy. We're smaller than many of the big operators which means our Drivers get to know the people they work with.

Whether you're an experienced bus/coach driver looking for a change or you're newer to the industry and looking to build your experience, we'd like to hear from you.
