delivering the highest standards in learning, teaching and assessment, spearheading commercial strategies to ensure revenue generation, fulfilling statutory and regulatory obligations and leading the college's growth strategy. To succeed you must be enthusiastic about the college's mission, values and aspirations, with the ability to inspire a dedicated team to promote a culture of continuous quality and performance improvement.The successful candidate will be an accomplished leader with a track record of operational and strategic excellence, ideally drawn from across the education sector.
