The Bull & Bush, Torquay - Exciting Pub Partner Opportunity

Situated on one of Torquay's busiest Bed & Breakfast routes, just a 10-minute stroll from the beach and 20 minutes from the town centre, the Bull & Bush is a fantastic opportunity for an entrepreneurial operator looking to make their mark in a thriving coastal location.

The pub benefits from a strong mix of loyal local customers and significant seasonal trade driven by the thousands of visitors who flock to Torquay each year. With spacious trading areas, a welcoming bar environment, a pool table, and dining space for up to 100 guests, the foundations are already in place for a highly successful community-focused business.

We're looking for an experienced operator who understands the opportunities and challenges of a seasonal location and can re-establish the Bull & Bush as the go-to local pub for great hospitality, entertainment and community spirit. There is considerable scope to grow the business by expanding the events offering with regular quizzes, bingo, karaoke and live entertainment, creating reasons for customers to visit throughout the week.

Currently generating around £5,000 per week from wet sales alone, the pub presents a significant opportunity for growth through the introduction of an owner-operated food offer. A simple, well-executed menu could unlock additional revenue streams and broaden the pub's appeal to both residents and tourists alike.
