Bulk Collection Driver

We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Bulk Collection Driver to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for collecting bulky waste from our client sites using a 3.5 tonne tipper truck and transporting it to a designated local authority waste site. You'll play an important part in delivering a professional and efficient service, ensuring client areas remain clean, clear, and compliant.
All relevant training will be provided on site, and you'll be supported by a wider team committed to high standards of service and safety.

Experienced in driving 3.5 tonne vehicles, such as tipper trucks, vans, minibuses, or similar (experience with a tipper truck is an advantage).
In possession of a full UK driving licence (Category B) - no additional codes or qualifications required.
Confident working independently and outdoors in all weathers.
Able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and a customer-first attitude.
Clear and effective in communication, with a proactive and helpful approach to client needs.
Eligible to work in the UK, with the right documentation.
