Buildings Caretaker

Your main duties and responsibilities will be:

• Head Office Support: Help with system checks, heating, room setup, and general maintenance at Wayfaring House (Kendal office).
• Building Maintenance: attending to reactive and planned maintenance tasks at our properties
• Perform regular inspections of properties preparing a maintenance programme of works required
• Coordinating with external contractors and service providers
• Ensuring LDNPA buildings are well maintained and safe for building users/the public
• Maintaining accurate electronic records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs performed on LDNPA properties
  
  This opportunity would suit someone with a flexible, can-do attitude, who is experienced in facilities management and buildings maintenance. You should enjoy working unsupervised under your own initiative and be committed to promoting sustainability and safety across our sites. Given the nature of the role, you must hold a full driving license.
