Building Surveyor / Associate Building Surveyor

Whether you're an experienced Senior Building Surveyor or an established Associate, this is an opportunity to accelerate your career within a respected global business. What You'll Be Doing You'll work across a broad mix of professional and project-led building surveying instructions, including:

• Contract administration
• Building surveys and technical due diligence
• Dilapidations
• Defect analysis and reporting
• Refurbishment and maintenance projects
• Design and specification work
• Condition surveys
• Planned maintenance programmes
• Project delivery from inception through to completion
• Client relationship management
At Associate level, you'll also:
• Lead major commissions
• Develop client relationships
• Mentor and support junior surveyors
• Contribute to business growth initiatives
• Help shape the future of the Manchester team
  
  We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
• A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
• MRICS qualification, or are close to achieving chartership
• Experience delivering building surveying services across multiple sectors
• Strong technical and report-writing skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Commercial awareness and project delivery experience
• A collaborative and client-focused approach
• A desire to develop and progress your career, Experience within healthcare, education, local authority, commercial or mixed-use projects would be advantageous.
