Building Surveyor

As our Building Surveyor, you'll provide technical leadership and strategic direction across a wide range of asset management activities.,

• Leading and developing our Property Inspectorate Team
• Delivering strategic asset planning and investment recommendations
• Managing complex building pathology, structural and compliance issues
• Producing option appraisals and technical reports to inform investment decisions
• Overseeing planned maintenance and refurbishment projects
• Reviewing designs, specifications and construction proposals for major projects
• Supporting compliance with building safety, housing and health and safety legislation
• Working closely with customers, contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes for residents
  
  Are you a qualified Building Surveyor or experienced construction professional with strong technical expertise?
• Do you have experience managing housing assets, planned maintenance programmes or capital projects?
• Can you investigate complex building defects and provide practical, cost-effective solutions?
