This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to join Savills' growing Building & Project Consultancy team in Southampton. Working with a diverse client base that includes landlords, occupiers, investors and developers, you will take a leading role in delivering a broad range of professional building surveying and project consultancy services across the commercial property sector., The Southern Building and Project Consultancy team is primarily based in Southampton and is made up of 10 staff members. They are a collaborative team of Directors, Associate Directors , Associates, Surveyors, Graduates and Apprentices, working across a broad range of building surveying and project consultancy instructions for landlords , occupiers and investment clients.
