Building Surveyor

We are currently working with a well-established, dynamic property consultancy seeking a talented and motivated Building Surveyor to join their team in their central London office. This is a fantastic chance to work with a wide range of commercial and retail projects while progressing your career in a supportive and professional environment., Conduct thorough building inspections, identifying and assessing the condition of structures.
Prepare detailed reports and recommend solutions for any identified issues or defects.
Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, health and safety standards, and regulations.
Provide advice on repairs, maintenance, and improvements for both residential and commercial properties.
Assist in managing the design and implementation of building projects.
Collaborate with other professionals such as architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Degree in Building Surveying or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 2-3 years practical experience working within another building consultancy role
Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction techniques, and health and safety standards.
Experience in surveying commercial or retail properties.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Competitive salary of between £40,000 to £45,000
