Full Job Description
We're looking for a Building Services Mobile Engineer (Electrical Bias) to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery. This role will require the successful candidate to obtain Security Clearance (SC) to work on this contract.
Role Responsibilities
-Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple sites.
-Complete electrical installations, upgrades, and minor works to ensure compliance with safety standards.
-Maintain accurate compliance records and complete all required documentation.
-Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Work independently and collaboratively to deliver planned and remedial works within agreed timeframes, adhering to all Health & Safety procedures.
Required QualificationsApplicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
-Background in facilities management or mobile maintenance environments.
-Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations (City & Guilds 2365 or equivalent).
-18th Edition Wiring Regulations (City & Guilds 2382).
-Inspection & Testing qualification (e.g. City & Guilds 2391).
-Self-motivated, well-organised, and keen to develop additional skills.
-Professional, respectful, and confident in raising safety concerns.
-Ability to successfully complete SC clearance.
