Achieved a 2:2 or higher in a Bachelor's Degree A degree in Quantity Surveying, Facilities/Building Manager, Business or Engineering is preferred but not essential Are eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis and able to provide proof when required Able to commute/relocate within a reasonable commute to our Head Office in Tolworth, South West London Possession of a full UK driving licence by 1st February 2027 A leader who is proactive but highly flexible, with the resilience to react positively to short-notice deadlines and reactive maintenance challenges Ability to communicate confidently and effectively across all levels of the business A collaborative mindset with the confidence to take ownership of an individual task Self-motivation and determination to succeed in a fast-paced, challenging environment To be flexible and open to travelling across a cluster of store or RDC locations
