Full Job Description

The Multi-skilled Engineers Fabric bias roles are key to delivering Reliable Maintenance Engineering in hard and soft services that will support the achievement of the Queen Mary Strategic Plan, enabling all staff and students to continue to work and learn efficiently and effectively to achieve their ambitions whilst being proud and inclusive., The split days roles will be working between 07:00-16:00 or 10:00-19:00 (40 hours per week Monday to Friday) and will include the need to take part on a call out rota with attendance expected within 2hrs, with a standby payment when scheduled on-call and payment on attendance.

The successful candidates will all need to have demonstrable skills in their discipline and be a highly self-motivated professional team player with a proven record of accomplishment and have a passion to successfully deliver an effective maintenance service, as well working alongside contractors on-site.

The night shift post is full time (average of 42 hours per week - working 4 nights on, 4 nights off shift pattern, which includes weekends, public holidays and University closures).
