The Building Safety Engagement Officer plays a crucial role in fostering meaningful, visible engagement with tenants and leaseholders to ensure compliance with building safety legislation, particularly for high-rise buildings. The role will lead on building excellent engagement and involvement relationships, providing advice and guidance to tenants on building and fire safety, working closely with Building Safety Managers to achieve full compliance with relevant safety acts. As part of the tenant reset and ensuring our tenants' voices are heard in all that we do, you will ensure high-quality effective engagement whilst developing and delivering engagement programmes, consultations, and campaigns to inform residents about building safety and address their concerns.
