Building Safety Programme Manager

As Building Safety Programme Manager, you will lead a high-profile programme that directly impacts over 22,000 homes and our wider corporate estate. Working with residents, regulators and senior leaders, you will drive transformational change, influence strategic decisions, and ensure our homes and buildings remain safe, compliant and fit for the future. If you're motivated by making a visible difference to people's lives, this role offers a unique platform to do just that.

We're looking for an ambitious and influential leader who is passionate about building safety and making communities safer. You will hold a degree (or equivalent) in construction, housing management or a related field, a recognised health and safety qualification such as NEBOSH, IOSH or CIOB Level 6, and be Chartered with, or working towards membership of, a relevant professional body such as CIOB or CIH. With significant experience in compliance, risk management and leading change, you'll be a confident communicator, skilled at building relationships, solving complex challenges and driving improvements that make a real difference., To be appointed to this role you must be able to prove your right to work in the UK, and you must maintain a valid (active) right to work.
