Full Job Description
Applications are sought from Building Manager who have prior experience in:
- Perform regular quality inspections/site walk arounds.
- Delivering excellent customer service to tenants, visitors and contractors.
- Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are adhered to.
- Maintaining all building compliance records, reporting changes/requirements.
- Monitor building performance, proactively identifying maintenance or operational improvements.
- Supervise contractors to ensure work is safe and to standard.
- Drafting and updating emergency plans, and evacuation procedures.
Held a similar position (FM/Building Management). - IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications desirable.
- Presently living in the United Kingdom.
