As part of the Design, Construction & Maintenance Team you will act as the Primary point of contact for the coordination and contract management for repairs and refurbishments to County Council schools and corporate buildings. In the role, you will implement a specialised professional service in the field of building maintenance and refurbishment to ensure that the corporate building stock is maintained to an optimum standard of condition by means of an efficient, effective, prompt and cost effective service which embraces both capital and revenue planned, unplanned, emergency works, grant funded works, and client requested works.
