Full Job Description
- Lead BIM strategy in line with ISO 19650 and the UK BIM Framework.
- Develop and maintain asset information standards, including AIRs, EIRs and digital handover processes.
- Oversee BIM assurance, model audits and quality compliance.
- Ensure BIM data integrates effectively with CAFM/IWMS and asset management systems.
- Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) and promote best practice.
- Lead and mentor BIM team members.
- Engage stakeholders and drive BIM adoption across projects.
- Support innovation, performance reporting and digital transformation initiatives.
You'll have: - Proven BIM leadership experience and strong knowledge of ISO 19650.
- Experience with AIR, EIR, COBie, IFC and BIM assurance.
- Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
- Experience working with CDE platforms and integrating BIM with CAFM/IWMS systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills. Experience within estates, facilities or asset management, along with knowledge of Dynamo, Solibri and digital workflows, would be an advantage.
