Summary
Senior Building Control Surveyor
Council Offices - Clitheroe
Reference: EDP126
Pay: PO2-5 (scp 32-35) £44,253 to £47,665 per annum plus £16,000 market supplement for two years (£8,000 per annum)
Hours: 37 hours per week
We are looking to appoint a Senior Building Control Surveyor to join our Building Control Team.
The post holder will work in a picturesque rural Borough and help to ensure new buildings, alterations, installations and extensions meet the regulatory standards of safety, sustainability, accessibility and design.
A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
