Builder / Wet Trade

We are looking for a self motivated enthusiastic person to join our estates team in Singleton Hospital as a maintenance builder/wet trade. Candidates ideally would be time served and hold the correct qualifications. If you feel you posses the right skills and meet the person specification you are encouraged to apply. To undertake routine maintenance and repair of a range of building services, plant, equipment, building structures, external and internal works and finishes within the Health Board to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for patients, visitors and staff. To provide building services to Swansea Bay University Health Board. This job could involve working on a on call rota as part of out of hours cover for the main site with all other health board premises. Main duties of the job Required to maintain our buildings and infrastructure to excellent standards of building controls.
