This role plays a vital part in the day-to-day operational management of the SPA and Business Support teams within a defined locality, supporting both service delivery and team development.As Team Lead, you will provide line management to the Senior Community Health Navigators, overseeing workload allocation, performance management, absence management, regular one-to-ones, appraisals and training. You will be instrumental in supporting your team to deliver high-quality services and continuously improve ways of working.This is a fast-paced and rewarding role that requires strong organisational and communication skills, along with a proactive and collaborative approach as part of a wider team.You will have regular contact with clients and a range of internal and
external stakeholders, so confidence, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships are essential.
