Full Job Description

Prepare and cook a high-quality all-day brunch menu
Produce dishes such as eggs, avocado dishes, pancakes, French toast, breakfast plates, sandwiches and salads
Ensure excellent taste, presentation and consistency
Handle breakfast service efficiently during busy periods
Complete daily food preparation and mise en place
Monitor stock levels, portion control and food wastage
Maintain excellent kitchen cleanliness and organisation
Follow all food hygiene, HACCP and allergen procedures
Work closely with front-of-house and management
Help develop new seasonal brunch dishes and specials

Previous experience as a Brunch Chef, Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie
Strong egg cookery and breakfast/brunch experience
Good presentation and plating skills
Able to work quickly while maintaining quality
Reliable, punctual and organised
Good understanding of food safety and allergens
Comfortable working independently when required
Creative and interested in modern café/brunch trends
