The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Technician - Bridge & Civil Structures to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to major infrastructure projects while helping to develop and strengthen our reinforced concrete (RC) detailing capability within the region. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical outputs, including RC detailing, 2D drawings and 3D models, across all stages of a project - from concept design through to construction. Working in multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to projects across water, rail, highways and urban infrastructure, supporting the delivery of complex and high-impact schemes.   • Have strong experience in civil engineering and structural detailing, particularly reinforced concrete
  • Are proficient in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation, with experience in RC detailing packages
  • Are confident working within BIM environments and using information management tools such as ProjectWise
  • Enjoy working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and contributing to high-quality project delivery
  • Are motivated to support and develop others, sharing knowledge and improving team capability
  • Desirable experience includes:
  • 3D modelling using Tekla, Revit or MicroStation.
  • Understanding of bridge and civil structures design
  • Experience with parametric modelling, automation or digital tools
  • Working towards or holding professional accreditation (e.g. ICE Technician member)
