Breast Assessment Team Leader

Identify potential breaches and solutions of National Quality Assurance targets in waiting times to assessment to the Administration Manager and the Screening Director Ensure data accuracy to support Clinical Governance and Audit both locally and nationally. Attendance and participation at Breast MDTs. Collation of results and notes in preparation for client's attending Breast Screening Results Clinics. Provide support and guidance to patients and others making contact with the service. Support both the Administration Manager and the Deputy Administration Manager in the management and leadership of the Breast Care Centre Administration & Clerical (A&C) team. To oversee the Assessment Admin Team and ensure delivery of assessments and services. To assist as trainer and mentor for clerical staff.
