At ETM Group, being a Breakfast Manager is a key leadership role focused on delivering a seamless and high-quality start to the guest experience. Across our ETM Collection venues - from rooftop restaurants to refined dining spaces - our Breakfast Managers play a vital role in delivering a calm, organised, and polished morning operation. You will oversee breakfast service, manage guest flow, and ensure consistency in both food and service standards during the early part of the day. Working closely with your General Manager and wider management team, you will take ownership of the breakfast operation, including team leadership, service delivery, and maintaining high standards. This is a hands-on role where you will lead from the front, support your team, and ensure the venue is set up for a successful day of trading.

• Proven Experience: You have experience in a supervisory or management role within a high-quality hospitality environment, with exposure to breakfast or early service operations.
• Leadership Skills: You are a confident and organised leader, able to motivate and guide your team during early shifts.
• Guest-centred Approach: You are passionate about delivering a warm, efficient, and welcoming experience to start the guest's day.
• Organisation & Attention to Detail: You are highly organised and able to manage service flow, reservations, and set-up with precision.
• Operational Excellence: You ensure service runs smoothly, maintaining high standards in both food and service delivery.
• Communication Skills: You communicate clearly with your team and coordinate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues.
• Problem-Solving Ability: You are proactive and confident in handling guest requests and resolving any issues efficiently.
• Hands-On Approach: You lead from the floor, supporting your team and ensuring the venue is prepared for the day ahead.
